  FIVE BILLION STARS -- THE BEST Outback Homestead experience EVER. Frances and David are the most extraordinary hosts you'll ever meet. They've converted a former sheep and cattle station--first established in the mid-1800's that's been in David's family for a couple of generations--into a FIRST CLASS eco-tourism operation. They've worked tirelessly to reclaim the land and return it to its native condition prior to it being used as a station--which continues as a work-in-progress. David's narrated evening tours around the station are amazing. The biodiversity is mind-blowing; the night sky is unlike anything you will have seen anywhere else; the remoteness from any kind of metropolitan region makes you feel almost infinitely far from the cares of the rest of the world. Want to "get away from it all" for a while? It doesn't get any better than Wooleen Station! Oh, and it's worth the trip for no other reason than to experience Frances's fresh-baked bread! Wow!
